Support the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program as an individual contributor on the Systems Engineering Team for the Ground Fire Control (GFC) product
Develop and assist in the requirements process that directly supports the design and development of GWS capabilities on behalf of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, and collaborative teams
Utilize modern tools for the development and sustainment of the GMD system
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 8 years of related experience
Master's Degree in STEM and 6 years of related experience
4 years of experience with a PhD in STEM
Solid understanding of system engineering processes and principles
Proven experience in applying engineering principles to develop product solutions
Experience with SW development and the verification of requirements
Experience with DOORS, Cameo, and MBSE
Previous experience working on a large-scale missile defense system like GMD
Good communication skills
Ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions
Must be able to support an in-person / closed-area work environment
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
