You will work in a team of technicians to plan and install inventory/ERP systems, including the required devices, components and networks.
You will acquire knowledge on setting up, configuring/migrating and monitoring server and client systems, peripherals and networking within the LAN (Local Area Network).
You will be trained to identify, analyse and resolve faults to ensure the continuous operational functionality of IT systems.
You will learn to advise customers, communicate technical solutions and handle support requests to resolve IT issues effectively.
You will help shape projects and learn how to plan, execute and document them.

Good secondary-school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) with a technical focus
Good grades in Mathematics, German and English
Strong interest in IT
Willingness and enjoyment in working as part of a team
Technical curiosity, quick comprehension and ability to learn
Commitment and ability to work independently
