You will work in a team of technicians to plan and install merchandise management systems (inventory/ERP), including the necessary devices, components, and networks.
You will acquire knowledge in setting up, configuring/migrating, and monitoring server and client systems, peripheral devices, and LAN (Local Area Network) networking.
You will be trained to identify, analyze, and resolve faults to ensure the continuous operation of IT systems.
You will learn to advise customers, communicate technical solutions, and handle support requests to resolve IT issues effectively.
You will contribute to projects and learn how to plan, execute, and document them.

A solid secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or equivalent with a technical focus
Good grades in mathematics, German, and English
A strong interest in IT
