Apprenticeship: IT Specialist in System Integration

Role Overview

• You will work as part of a team of technicians to plan and install inventory/ERP systems, including the necessary devices, components and networks.
• You will acquire knowledge of setting up, configuring/migrating and monitoring server and client systems, peripherals, and LAN networking.
• You will be trained to identify, analyze and resolve technical faults to ensure the continuous functionality of IT systems.
• You will learn to advise customers, communicate technical solutions and handle support requests to effectively resolve IT issues.
• You will participate in projects and learn how to plan, execute and document them.

Requirements

• Good secondary school certificate (Mittlere Reife)
• Good grades in mathematics, German and English
• Strong interest in IT
• Willingness and enjoyment of working in a team
• Technical curiosity, good general comprehension and ability to learn
• Commitment and ability to work independently
• Enthusiasm for working with computers and peripherals
