Managing and expanding strategic relationships with high-value accounts, ensuring alignment on objectives and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer and patient needs.
Leading account planning, including customer development strategies, tactical execution, and performance tracking to achieve commercial targets.
Preparing and negotiating contracts, guiding account-specific initiatives, and contributing strategic insights on market potential and competitive dynamics.
Organizing customer events, educational programs, and professional engagements (independently or with marketing/medical teams) to strengthen adoption of Alcon technologies.
Contributing to public tender engagement by shaping tender strategies, coordinating cross-functional input, and helping ensure Alcon’s competitive positioning throughout the full tender lifecycle.
Requirements
Professional experience in ophthalmology, optometry, or eye-care–related medical devices.
Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships and achieving sales or growth targets.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities and the ability to analyze market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and customer data.
Proficiency with CRM systems and structured account planning.
Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder levels.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working autonomously across two countries.
Fluent in Finnish and Swedish to effectively support customers in both markets.
