Role Overview
- Advise and support medical staff in operating the Affera navigation system
- Provide on-site customer support in the cardiac catheterization laboratory (cath lab)
- Support the setup of innovation centers
- Perform software and hardware installations
- Assist in training and continuing education events
- Prepare short presentations and other visual materials
- Participate in regional reviews with the account team
Requirements
- Degree in electrical or biomedical engineering, or a degree in a natural science (B.A./B.Sc., M.A./M.Sc., Diplom)
- Minimum 2 years of independently performing 3D mapping procedures
- At least 3 years of clinical electrophysiology (EP) experience
- Possession of a current NASPE / IBHRE certification is a plus
- Good IT skills and strong technical aptitude
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
