About this role
Role Overview
Manage multiple tasks across clients in various categories
Lead management of efforts against delivering client goals
Drive results for clients and manage agency account growth
Act as primary point of contact for clients/partners and brand steward
Write or collaborate on creative/program briefs
Participate/assist in strategic and creative brainstorming
Manage and execute client experiential events
Help anticipate potential hurdles that may create a negative consumer/brand interaction
Perform various administrative tasks including correspondence, presentations, and project timelines
Maintain and leverage skills at developing and managing budgets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field required
10 years of agency experience is required with demonstrated team management and leadership.
Understanding of experiential marketing category and program management
Goal-oriented focus against tasks; ensuring objectives are met with quality and timeliness.
Superb communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheets, Google Docs (or comparable) and other Web-based tools is a requirement.
Retail, CPG and Alcoholic Beverage industry knowledge is a plus.
