Demonstrated experience as a P&C Business Partner
Proven capability in workforce planning, succession planning and organisational design.
Strong understanding of employment law with confidence managing ER matters end ‑ to ‑ end.
Experience drafting, reviewing or modernising P&C policies.
A commercial mindset and the ability to balance people, risk and business outcomes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
A proactive and solutions ‑ focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience supporting Technology, Finance or Customer Service teams.
