The Senior HR Business Partnering Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with performance and growth goals while driving execution across talent management and organizational plans.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with our goals
- Provide coaching to leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, performance, and team effectiveness
- Support workforce planning in consideration of growth, transformation, and capability needs
- Guide talent processes including succession planning, leadership development and performance management
- Promote engagement, retention, and internal mobility strategies within supported client groups
- Lead change management efforts related to reorganizations, technology adoption, and operating model evolution
- Develop communication plans to ensure successful adoption
- Support leaders in navigating change while maintaining performance and engagement
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, balancing our priorities with compliance and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
- Organize and launch end-to-end people initiatives across Experian Health and, when applicable, across other departments
- Build structured program plans with defined scope, success metrics, timelines, and partner governance
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, Legal, Finance, and Operations
- Use workforce data and HR analytics to inform decisions and identify trends
- Monitor Indicators such as turnover, engagement, diversity metrics, and performance outcomes to guide interventions
- Encourage use of AI-enabled HR tools to improve efficiency and employee experience
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or other related field
- Tenure supporting senior leaders in a matrixed or enterprise environment
- Foundation in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management
- Background in leading end-to-end HR programs
- History of translating strategy into structured plans and measurable outcomes
- Track record of using HR analytics and interpreting data to influence decisions
- Exposure to AI-enabled HR tools or digital transformation programs
- Previous employment in healthcare, technology, SaaS, or growth-oriented environments preferred
