About this role
Role Overview
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with setting up and supporting office IT infrastructure, including workstations, printers, and other office equipment
- Monitor IT inventory, procure and manage IT assets
- Perform onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure seamless technology integration and support
- Provide technical support for conference room equipment during on-site company meetings
- Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software
- Collaborate to conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies
- Develop and maintain IT documentation
- Participate in the deployment of new applications and technologies as needed
Requirements
- Associate's degree in computer science or a related field
- 1 year of employment experience in I.T. operations
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to help others succeed
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Timeliness of arrival to work
- The ability to work on-site in our Tysons office on most weekdays
- Willingness to document processes and keep them up to date
- A+ and/or Security + certifications
