Leads complex engineering and construction activities for wind generation assets
Partners with project managers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to plan, design, construct, and deliver wind facilities
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers
Proactively identifies problems and recommends solutions

Bachelor's Degree within an engineering program that is accredited through the Engineering Accreditation Commission
7 years of related experience
Renewable experience in wind preferred
Project management leadership experience preferred
Ability to deal with subcontractors and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to use computer software programs (e.g., e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and project management)
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
