About this role
Role Overview
Support B2B lead prospecting activities, helping to identify, segment and attract potential customers.
Assist in collecting and organizing information about customer profiles, supporting the use of personas for more targeted communication.
Share insights with the Product and Sales teams to support the development and adjustment of communications aimed at the target audience.
Assist in creating and organizing audience lists for outbound marketing campaigns.
Support the execution of communication plans according to strategies defined for the portfolio and market/customer segmentation.
Receive and perform initial triage of leads following established criteria and guidelines, including:
Support identifying leads' needs and objectives before forwarding to the Sales team;
Follow internal procedures for processing and registering leads;
Keep records of interactions and actions up to date;
Support lead follow-up during the initial stages of the customer journey.
Help execute lead nurturing activities according to defined flows and campaigns.
Assist the team in monitoring basic performance indicators, such as lead volume, source and status.
Requirements
👨🎓 Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields, preferably at least halfway through the degree.
⏳ Available for a 24-month internship, or with an expected graduation date from 12/2027 onward.
🕒 Availability for a 6-hour workday.
🗺️ Reside in or near the Itu, SP region.
📊 Interest in B2B marketing and industrial solutions.
🗣️ Good written and verbal communication skills.
🗂️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
🤝 Ability to work well in a team and interact with different areas.
📈 Basic knowledge of Excel or similar tools.
🖥️ Interest in or initial exposure to CRM systems.
🔄 Basic understanding of the sales funnel or customer journey.
🌍 Basic to intermediate English.
