Receipt and review of documents to open import/export processes;
Advance fiscal and tax checks/classification of items;
Monitoring of removals, offloading operations (desovas), TFA's, requirements related to Import Licenses (LIs), and approval of LIs by MAPA, ANVISA and other agencies;
Verification and submission of files for customs clearance (desembaraço);
Scheduling of processes for registration;
Closing of foreign exchange transactions and monitoring the issuance of invoices related to exchange rate variances.
Requirements
Experience in the area of import/export;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics or related fields;
Intermediate level of English.
