About this role

Manage the implementation of operation modules within the Restaurant 365 software for clients.
Train client teams on the use of the software and best practices.
Ensure adherence to necessary deadlines throughout the implementation process.
Communicate status updates and address any issues promptly and effectively to clients.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they transition to and utilize the software.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize implementation processes and enhance client experiences.

Proven experience in implementing operations software solutions, preferably Restaurant365.
Strong understanding of restaurant operation principles & standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support client teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience working as a contractor or consultant is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Prior restaurant experience and knowledge is preferred.
