Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud.
Provide technical and functional leadership to cross-functional project teams; mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and solution frameworks.
Design and implement automation using Flow, Approval Processes, Einstein features, and other declarative tools; optimize business processes to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure automation is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance and compliance standards.
Partner with stakeholders to validate designs via prototypes and iterative feedback cycles.
Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to capture business, functional, and technical requirements; translate needs into solution designs, user stories, and implementation roadmaps.
Serve as a strategic advisor on Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and optimization opportunities.
Design scalable data and security models, and automation frameworks aligned to federal requirements.
Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools and best-practice architecture patterns.

Requirements
4 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience; minimum 7 years of overall professional experience.
Strong business analysis skills; lead client discovery, requirements definition, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce automation, especially Flow; experience designing production-grade UI in Lightning and Experience Cloud.
Track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder Salesforce programs.
Salesforce Certified Administrator plus one or more Consultant-level certifications (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud) required.
