Role Overview
- You advise nonprofit organizations on implementing and advancing Salesforce solutions based on the Nonprofit Cloud (NPC)
- You analyze requirements, model processes, and configure intelligent CRM solutions
- You take responsibility in agile projects — from data migration and role and permission concepts to integrations with Raisenow or FinDock
- You bring domain expertise and technology together — creating CRM that truly helps
Requirements
- Several years of project experience in CRM or Salesforce environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC or NPSP)
- Salesforce certifications (at least Admin + Nonprofit Cloud Consultant)
- Ideally experience with payment processing, CAMT files, Raisenow, or FinDock
- Structured, empathetic communication with clients and colleagues
- A passion for helping nonprofits become more efficient, data-driven, and successful
