Technical Consultant III, Lubricants

Role Overview

• Provide technical service and support to the commercial team for existing and new clients across various B2B industrial sectors;
• Design, develop, and deliver targeted technical training to ensure client knowledge and development.
• Assist the technical lead team in the implementation of programs and TCO services;
• Provide technical advisory on lubricant applications for industrial customers.
• Present Shell's technical service offerings to the national market.
• Define and execute test protocols, and prepare technical reports with conclusive diagnostics.
• Recommend appropriate Shell lubricant products (oils and greases) for specific applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Practical application experience and technical capability in the industrial sector
• Experience applying the Customer Value Proposition
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
