Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers, helping them grow in their roles and careers.
Work closely with engineering and product leadership to define technical direction and priorities.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality software solutions by promoting strong engineering practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth execution across teams.
Guide the team in building robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure and systems.

A minimum of 4 years in a senior engineering or engineering management role, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in software development, infrastructure, or DevOps.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), infrastructure automation, and scalable system design.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and grow engineers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
