Provide consulting to internal clients through the application of People & Management (Gente & Gestão) products and practices, ensuring alignment with the company's guidelines, policies and code of ethics;
Act as an HR generalist, providing strategic and operational support to the areas served;
Manage recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment to completion of hires;
Manage and support performance evaluation cycles, ensuring implementation, follow-up and deployment of development plans;
Develop and implement training and development initiatives to build employees' skills and support their growth;
Support compensation management and labor-union relations, ensuring compliance with internal practices and current legislation;
Monitor and ensure execution of personnel administration processes in partnership with specialist areas;
Lead initiatives related to climate, culture and engagement, promoting actions that strengthen the organizational environment;
Plan and execute internal communication activities and corporate events focused on engagement and organizational alignment;
Monitor and analyze HR indicators, proposing improvements and ensuring achievement of established targets;
Support internal audits and ensure process compliance, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Social Work, Human Resources or related fields;
Postgraduate degree will be considered a differential;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
Experience with recruitment and selection tools and platforms (job posting and active candidate sourcing).
