Develop and deliver multi-medium training materials that enable actionable tasks aligned with strategic objectives and an enhanced customer experience.
Deliver sessions remotely or in-person.
Provide expert guidance on training strategies.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience in preparing and conducting technical training for teachers.
Ability to deliver sessions both remotely and in-person.
Strong facilitation, communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient in designing and analysing customer surveys and translating data into actionable improvements.
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or a related field and/or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
