Run discovery and workshops with business users, customer architects and development teams to identify new use cases, systems, data flows, and business bottlenecks.
Own the end-to-end process of any Proof of Concept (POC) needed.
Ensure consistent awareness and education of Salesforce capabilities for the customer.
Partner to conduct quarterly health checks and regular cadences to surface areas of opportunity and recommend features or capabilities already licensed but not being used.
Maintain a scalable, secure, and high-performance multi-cloud solution and review regularly with VPs of Engineering and CTOs.
Requirements
5+ years of demonstrable solution/technical architecture experience in a demanding pre-sales, consulting, or professional services role.
Ability to design a complex data model, define a sharing/visibility strategy, and create a system-level architecture for a complex enterprise.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfort presenting complex technical narratives to both skeptical engineering teams and C-level executives.
Ability to be onsite with your customer(s) 50-60% of the time.
