Conduct energy assessments and study site visits.
Energy benchmarking and related analysis.
Conduct technical analysis independently and under the supervision of senior engineers/energy managers.
Produce professional energy assessment/study reports and other construction documents independently, and in collaboration with other team members.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors in person, via phone, and in writing.
Conduct research and analysis on topics related to energy efficiency, electrification, and decarbonization.
Support other FRESCo projects and services.

Post-secondary education in Mechanical Systems, Engineering (mechanical or electrical), Energy Management or other equivalent education or experience.
Experience with conducting energy assessments and/or studies in multi-family and/or commercial facilities including site visits/data collection, analysis and professional report generation.
Familiarity with building retrofit or construction projects, ideally in multi-unit residential and commercial buildings.
Familiarity with multi-unit residential/commercial building HVAC systems required.
Familiarity with building electrical systems and building enclosure is an asset.
Experience with Microsoft Office, with intermediate + proficiency in Excel.
Excellent English communication skills, including strong writing skills.
Valid class five B.C. driver’s license.
Own a vehicle, able and willing to travel for site visits locally regularly and occasionally on multi-day trips to non-local areas.
