Commercial Loan Administrator

Role Overview

• Coordinates loan closings with title companies and real estate agencies
• Ensure documents returned from agencies are complete and accurate
• Review loan documentation for compliance
• Follow up with clients, insurance agents, and attorneys for documentation
• Monitor reports such as past due and maturing loans
• Clear exceptions in a timely manner
• Review loan packages for approval authority and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience required
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
