About this role
Role Overview
Be the
first touchpoint
for potential Enterprise customers, driving awareness and interest
Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, loom, etc.)
Book Qualified discovery calls for our Enterprise Account Executives
Attend events to drive leads and pipeline
Collaborate with Growth and other GTM team members to refine messaging and outreach strategy
Maintain clean CRM data and help drive pipeline insights
Requirements
Have 2–4 years of experience in an Enterprise SDR or BDR role (bonus if SaaS)
Love pushing the limits and experimenting with your outreach
Are a strong communicator: clear, persuasive, and curious
Located in or around the DC Metro area
Love learning, testing new ideas, and moving quickly
Thrive in fast-paced environments and want real ownership
Want to jump start your career in sales
Are energized by building something from the ground up
