ABC Legal Services is the national leader in service of process, with a focus on expanding their technology and business processes. They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to drive high-value client acquisition and long-term enterprise growth by managing complex sales cycles and establishing strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise-level B2B clients through disciplined outbound and inbound efforts
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, approvals, and use cases
- Establish strong executive-level relationships built on trust, credibility, and results
- Partner with onboarding and account management teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Maintain ownership of the client relationship post-close to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
- Drive additional service adoption and increased volume through strategic account planning
- Position ABC Legal as a long-term partner rather than a point solution
- Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot (or equivalent)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a white-glove client experience
- Drive new B2B business and develop and maintain the sales pipeline
- Ability to move prospects along the sales cycle
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Enterprise or complex B2B sales experience (services, SaaS, or solution-based selling preferred)
- Background working with law firms, corporate legal departments, or regulated industries
- Demonstrated success landing and expanding large, multi-location or multi-stakeholder accounts
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic, consultative mindset focused on long-term value creation
- Self-directed, disciplined, and performance-driven
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience selling legal services, professional services, or SaaS platforms
- Proven success managing multi-location, multi-state, or national accounts
- Familiarity with land-and-expand sales motions in enterprise environments
- Ability to translate operational pain points into strategic solutions
- Strong account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
