Shop ownership and performance optimization
Operational responsibility for our Shopify stores (front-end and back-end)
Optimization of Shopify stores with respect to CVR, AOV, funnel quality, and customer journey
Migration of additional shops from WooCommerce to Shopify
Development and testing of landing pages, launch funnels, and A/B experiments
Deriving data-driven measures to improve performance
Monitoring and reporting of central e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV, CAC, CLV) using GA4 and Shopify Analytics
Interpreting performance data, deriving concrete actions, and preparing decision-making materials
Support for marketplace management
Support in Amazon listing management and performance optimization
Process and tool optimization for more efficient marketplace operations
Ensuring functioning data flows between the shop, ERP/inventory management system, and marketing tools
Researching, selecting, installing, and configuring tools and apps
Analyzing and resolving technical issues (with external support if required)
Documenting processes and workflows
