Social Media Manager

Role Overview

• You will own your channels end-to-end: from planning and content creation to community management and performance tracking.
• You are comfortable on camera, can film others, and can turn raw footage into compelling content.
• Responsible for and executing aleno's organic social media presence: primarily Meta and LinkedIn, but also YouTube & TikTok.
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content: short videos, photos, carousels, Stories, and written posts in the aleno brand voice.
• Ensure a consistent posting frequency and fully manage the content calendar.
• Capture authentic stories from our customers, partners, the hospitality community, events, and internal teams.
• Regular travel across the DACH region to produce on-site video and photo content (restaurants, trade shows, partner events).
• Daily community management: actively handle comments, messages, and engagement.
• Work closely with Marketing Managers, Sales, Customer Success, and Management.
• Monitor trends and proactively test new formats, creative ideas, hooks, and video styles.
• Ensure a consistent brand voice, unified visual identity, and clear messaging across all channels.
• Track key KPIs (engagement, reach, follower growth, content performance) to continuously optimize.
