Lead the organic content strategy and execution across Hilton Grand Vacations’ social media channels
Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists responsible for content creation, publishing, and optimization
Own the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities, campaigns, and key initiatives
Oversee social copy development and approvals, maintaining a consistent brand voice across channels
Partner closely with Community Management and Customer Engagement teams to ensure content aligns with audience needs and sentiment
Collaborate with PR, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to support brand initiatives and executive communications
Support crisis and high-risk moments by providing content guidance and messaging support, in partnership with the broader social and communications teams
Stay current on platform trends, formats, and functionality to inform content recommendations and experimentation
Continuously evaluate content performance and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience with SM management tools such a as Sprinklr
Experience running SM CoE for a global organization.
Flexible schedule.
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of related experience
2 years of management or supervisory experience
