Managing the day-to-day operations of the SunDrive office, ensuring the workspace remains organised, well-supplied, and running efficiently.
Overseeing office supplies, groceries, and general workplace resources.
Managing facilities coordination and working with external stakeholders to maintain a clean, safe, and functional workspace.
Acting as the primary point of contact for office vendors including catering, cleaning & maintenance services.
Partnering with the senior leadership team to coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including supporting our partners to travel to Kurnell.
Supporting internal events including team social functions or All Hands and external visits such as partners or government delegations.
Coordinating office logistics including meeting spaces, catering, and event support.
Collaborating with HR and IT to ensure new employees are set up with welcome packs, workspace preparation, and IT access.
Supporting ad-hoc operational and administrative projects as the business scales.
Acting as the go-to person for general office coordination.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in an Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, or Administration role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving start-up environment.
Experience coordinating travel logistics, vendors, or events.
High level of professionalism when supporting leadership and external stakeholders.
