Management of European research projects in the field of biomedical imaging
Monitoring and analysis of European research funding schemes (such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, EU4Health, IHI) and preparation of this information for the EIBIR network
Supporting the EIBIR network in defining new projects and coordinating the preparation of research proposals for European funding
Communications and PR activities to increase EIBIR's visibility within the scientific community (editorial work for the website, media relations, etc.)
Building and maintaining relationships with network participants, industry partners and stakeholders
Editorial and dissemination work for EIBIR's ongoing research projects
Coordination and management of EIBIR's congress appearances and representation of EIBIR at events
Supporting the management of EIBIR's committees and joint initiatives
Requirements
Excellent English skills (at least C1) – additional EU languages are an advantage
University degree in life sciences, health management, political science or a related field is desirable
Initial experience (2–4 years) in managing EU research projects or preparing proposals
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of EU funding mechanisms and/or European health research is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
Ability to work independently and proactively and to adapt to evolving project needs and challenges
Willingness to travel occasionally for project meetings
