Administer and support Windows servers in complex enterprise environments.
Ensure the management and maintenance of Linux servers, ensuring their integration with the existing infrastructure.
Manage and maintain Active Directory and associated services (GPOs, DNS, authentication, permissions).
Operate and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a particular focus on Okta.
Implement, configure and maintain Microsoft SCCM solutions for server and endpoint management.
Manage services and resources in public and private clouds, including automation and integration with internal systems.
Administer and manage VMware virtualization environments, including provisioning, monitoring and maintenance of virtual machines.
Develop and maintain scripts in JavaScript and PowerShell for automating operational tasks and improving efficiency.
Build integrations between systems and tools (e.g.: Active Directory, Okta, SCCM, Azure, VMware) to optimize management and monitoring processes.
Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices: automating repetitive operations, improving system resilience and supporting monitoring and alerting pipelines.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve incidents and drive continuous system improvements.
Ensure best practices for security, availability and performance across all systems under your responsibility.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
Proven experience administering Windows and Linux servers.
Strong experience with Active Directory and related services.
Experience in IAM (Identity & Access Management), preferably with Okta.
Experience with VMware, including virtual machine and cluster management.
Experience with Microsoft SCCM in corporate environments.
Experience with public and private clouds and Microsoft cloud services.
Knowledge of JavaScript and PowerShell applied to automation and systems integration.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation and a team player mindset.
