About this role
Role Overview
Monitor and further develop services within our private cloud
Handle and manage incidents in an ITIL-based ITSM
Plan, implement, and document changes
Take responsibility for support and service issues
Prepare and conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Administer and support customer applications
Regularly apply Windows updates (servers and clients)
Support Microsoft 365 environments (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, user and device management, Exchange, Teams)
Actively support data center operations (e.g., server installation, reconfigurations, inspections)
On-site work in the data center and occasional on-site visits to customer locations
Install and set up PC workstations
Set up and maintain user objects and NTFS permissions
Manage Active Directory and Entra Directory objects
Support MS Exchange Online migration projects
Administration of backup systems, file servers, and print services
Review service delivery for quality and contract compliance
Initiate corrective actions and escalations as needed
Initiate, support, and implement projects
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO requirements
Support customer audits in IT service management
Participate in IT emergency drills
Requirements
Completed IT-related training, degree, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., IT specialist, system administration, IT service)
Experience in IT service and/or infrastructure environments
Understanding of ITIL-based service processes
Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server & clients and Microsoft 365
Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware and/or Proxmox) is a plus
Experience working with ITSM systems and documented operational processes
Structured and responsible approach to work
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Willingness to take responsibility and proactively drive initiatives
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP, ISO) is an advantage – attention to detail, reliability, and quality awareness are essential
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and basic English skills (for documentation, support communication, and technical materials)
