Support corporate infrastructure operations across network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), servers/virtualization, cloud, identity (AD/Entra ID), Microsoft 365/email, backup & monitoring
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure incidents, improving service stability and resilience
Support cybersecurity controls including vulnerability remediation, firewall/access controls, endpoint security, logging/monitoring, and privileged access practices
Coordinate vendors/MSPs for service delivery, follow-ups, and technical support
Contribute to infrastructure project delivery and technology refresh initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
3–7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, implementation, and/or support (level dependent)
Strong working knowledge in: networking, servers, cloud, identity, Microsoft 365, backup/DR, monitoring, and security controls
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and infrastructure security practices is preferred
Certifications are a plus: CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure certifications, security certifications (CCSP/GSEC)
Strong documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
