Proactively foster and develop internal and external areas of responsibility
Manage multiple, independent projects and development initiatives concurrently
Participate in and implement planning, reviews and retrospectives (Scrum process)
Define and prioritize product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
Create and maintain the product backlog
Ensure the on-time delivery of product developments
Proactively capture ideas from the team, evaluate them and integrate them into the product strategy
Collaborate with the development team and external service providers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented
Model business processes in collaboration with responsible staff
Support change-management processes during product implementation
Work closely with interdisciplinary development teams and external partners to ensure efficient execution

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
At least three years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
Knowledge and experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
Experience working with international teams
Very good German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
