Requirements

- 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Zoom and completing forms with accuracy
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
