About this role
Role Overview
Be the main point of contact for your commercial clients, managing relationships and ensuring long-term success
Identify and seize upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Lead client reviews, performance check-ins, and growth conversations
Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales to deliver top-tier service
Proactively resolve any issues, always putting the customer first
Use data to identify trends and risks across your portfolio
Work with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, and tech) to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
Proactively resolve issues and escalations to maintain high client satisfaction
Analyse account data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handover from the sales team
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our CRM and reporting tools
Track and report on account performance and contribute to forecasting and planning activities
Champion a customer-first approach in all interactions
Requirements
Account Manager, Customer Success, or B2B relationship management role
Proven success in client retention, growth, and satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and other business tools
Commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and add value to client partnerships
