About this role
Role Overview
Take commercial responsibility for strategically relevant RFQs with a focus on margin and profitability management.
Conduct complex price and contract negotiations outside standardized frameworks.
Analyze recurring operational issues and develop structural solutions to achieve sustainable performance improvements.
Manage commercially critical situations during supply chain instability or logistical challenges.
Evaluate customer-policy changes with regard to their impact on profitability and pricing structures.
Coordinate cross-departmental measures and define clear commercial courses of action.
Act as a strategic interface between Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Management.
Challenge existing pricing models and actively drive margin-oriented optimizations.
Requirements
At least five years of solid B2B sales experience, ideally in strategic account management.
Proven track record in complex sales environments with significant financial responsibility.
Ability to analyze pricing structures and a detailed understanding of margin mechanics.
Confident negotiation skills at senior and management level with a focus on sustainable profitability.
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without formal line-management authority.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive decision-making and strong sense of ownership.
Technical aptitude and quick ability to learn complex products (PCB knowledge advantageous).
Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and fluent English (minimum B2).
