Business/Finance Manager

Role Overview

• Manage and support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including pricing support.
• Develop and analyze income statement and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting updates.
• Support capital planning and investment analysis, including depreciation schedule forecasting.
• Provide financial advisory support to leadership and stakeholders to inform business and financial decisions.
• Mentor and advise the customer on financial planning processes, financial management practices, and reporting improvements, as needed.
• Support financial reconciliation activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI w/ active Polygraph required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
• Master’s degree and/or CPA certification preferred
• 7+ years of experience in financial management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including development of complex financial models
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Experience developing pricing models and supporting cost proposals or pricing strategies
• Experience supporting capital investment planning and depreciation forecasting
• Experience working with a Working Capital Fund (WCF), other federal WCFs, or corporate FP&A environments
• Strong communication, consulting, and client engagement skills.
