Role Overview
- Own and achieve sales targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demonstrations to closing and follow-up
- Build trusted relationships with fitness club operators, hospitality chains, and rehab clinics
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations, acting as a subject-matter expert
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field sales or business development within the fitness industry
- Established network of contacts within the fitness club segment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a highly autonomous, field-based role
- Willing and able to travel extensively, including occasional international travel
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
