You identify growth opportunities, design scalable approaches, and support their implementation from concept to market launch
You develop new product ecosystems and business models based on the individual brand identity of our creators
You derive robust product concepts and elaborate them taking into account market, audience, and competitor analyses
You are responsible for ensuring strategic consistency between creator positioning and the business model
You build efficient processes and structures for implementing new projects and continuously improve them
You develop scalable frameworks for repeatable business models
You develop overarching communication strategies for online and offline channels
You derive coherent brand and marketing strategies from each product concept
You are responsible for managing brand perception in alignment with the creator brand
You work closely with project management and operational teams
You identify and secure relevant partners to implement the business models
You hand over clearly defined strategies and concepts to implementation teams
You are responsible for the targeted and structured realization of projects
Requirements
Several years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, or Venture Building, ideally in the Creator Economy, media, entertainment, or digital business models
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate creative ideas into structured, market-ready business models
Experience developing and scaling products or business models from concept to execution
Solid understanding of brand building and positioning, particularly in the context of personal brands/creators
Analytical strength and confidence in conducting market, competitor, and audience analyses
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality while maintaining strategic vision
Experience building processes and structures, ideally in dynamic or high-growth environments
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to effectively orchestrate multiple disciplines (e.g., marketing, product, operations)
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, both internally and when dealing with external partners
Network in relevant industries (e.g., creators, brands, platforms, agencies) is a plus
High level of ownership, proactivity, and executional strength
A keen sense for trends in the creator economy and the digital media landscape
