Requirements
Experience in a media director role at an agency
Inspirational leadership and a strong results focus
Mandatory experience in offline media planning and buying (with emphasis on highly efficient TV plans, radio negotiations, and strategic OOH planning)
Proven track record managing 360° campaigns with strong, demonstrable results
Active negotiator profile to secure the best strategic outcomes with media outlets and platforms
Hands-on experience with offline media platforms (e.g., Instar) and online platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
