You're not only responsible for media buying but also act as a strategic advisor to our clients.
You know how to integrate traditional TV planning with the digital video world and use data to provide compelling, evidence-based arguments.
You develop cross-channel video strategies (Total Video).
Depending on client needs and performance, you proactively determine the optimal media mix and shift budgets in a data-driven way between linear TV, CTV and online video.
You translate complex Excel analyses and performance data into persuasive presentations.
You deliver more than tables—clear, actionable recommendations (the “so what?”) that our clients understand and appreciate.
You use market tools, all eyes on screens (aeos) and log data not only for documentation but to optimize performance.
You question performance metrics (reach, contact classes), identify patterns and derive optimizations for delivery, frequency and environments.
You confidently manage the operational setup and buying process — from publisher/vendor management and offer reviews to spot handling and auditing.
You work closely with the Strategy and Programmatic departments to seamlessly integrate TV with digital/online video.
Requirements
You have at least 4+ years of solid experience in strategic and operational TV/video planning (agency or client side).

You make evidence-based decisions.
You master common planning tools (AGF/Video Insights, Excel) and ideally have experience with modern measurement approaches such as aeos or BI tools (Looker/Power BI).
Collaborative, open and constructive — with a drive to create impact together.
You are curious, solution-oriented and willingly take ownership of your accounts and budgets.
You are eager to contribute new ideas and actively help shape our company culture.
