Lead, mentor, and support a team of Data Collection Specialists.
Ensure data is collected accurately, consistently, and on schedule from a variety of marketplace platforms.
Develop and enforce SOPs and best practices for manual and automated data collection.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, and QA teams to meet business needs.
Track team performance and provide regular feedback and training to elevate execution quality.
Actively participate in data collection during high-volume periods or for complex sources.
Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to workflows.
Contribute to planning and onboarding of new data sources and processes.
Maintain adherence to security and confidentiality standards in all data operations.

4+ years of experience in data operations, content ops, or related roles; 1+ years of team leadership experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and time zones.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, reliable data.
Working knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Google Chrome, shared drives, and S3.
Process-oriented mindset with an ability to document and improve recurring tasks.
Comfort with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or Flipkart.
Exposure to Chrome extensions or automation tools.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering and analytics.
