Serve as an execution partner and support to the Chief Growth Officer & Chief of Staff.
Operationalize strategic direction and execute high-priority, cross-functional initiatives.
Transform strategic direction into structured plans and manage complex work streams.
Ensure momentum across critical initiatives such as acquisitions and integrations, annual planning (OKRs), and enterprise-wide growth initiatives.
Collaborate with functional leaders across Product, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Marketing.

8–10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, commercial operations, corporate development, program leadership, or a related field.
Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in fast-growth or complex organizations.
Advanced PowerPoint / executive presentation expertise with a strong track record of building board-level and external-facing materials.
Familiarity with project management tools and structured delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting annual planning, OKRs, and/or enterprise or commercial operating rhythms.
Highly organized with exceptional ability to manage multiple parallel work streams.
Working M&A and post-merger integration experience with hands-on execution responsibility.
Working knowledge of core P&L concepts.
Experience leading and managing teams.
Comfortable operating independently with limited structure while maintaining tight coordination with leadership.
