Act a key SEM team member for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships through technical expertise, regular performance updates, and proactive communication
Provide strategic direction for paid search campaigns, ensuring every optimisation across Google and Bing aligns with the client’s commercial KPIs
Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—scheduling keyword research, ad copy creation, and structural updates to ensure seamless delivery
Own budget allocation and channel performance, monitoring daily spend and reporting to ensure all revenue and sales objectives are met
Identify and pitch new growth opportunities, using competitor analysis and platform insights to drive incremental value and scale client accounts
Collaborate with SEO and Analytics teams to ensure an integrated digital strategy is in place
Requirements
2-3+ years’ Paid Search experience in a digital or full-service agency including ecommerce clients
Expertise across Google Ads, GA4, programmatic & retargeting platforms
Must be confident creating reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Looker Studio
Confident presenter and clear communicator
