Seek to achieve the financial and operational objectives of the client portfolio;
Act as the primary link between the company and the clients in the portfolio, gaining deep understanding of the client's market and business to propose customized solutions focused on sell-out.
Identify growth and expansion opportunities inside and outside the portfolio, aiming to unlock initiatives not yet identified.
Establish good interpersonal relationships with the commercial partners served;
Develop action plans together with clients and, with internal support, ensure their correct execution, systematically tracking planned results and correcting any deviations through a continuous JBP process;
Understand clients' objectives and challenges, maintaining continuous communication with commercial partners served and engaging with various levels/departments within them;
Properly manage available audit tools to monitor performance and identify potential market opportunities;
Actively contribute to the construction of monthly sales targets, focusing on the supply needs of commercial partners;
Manage material and financial resources allocated to the business;
Understand and strictly follow commercial policies and SOPs, ensuring that clients act in the same manner;
Practice teamwork with peers, promoting a collaborative environment;
Interface with Viatris internal areas (Trade, Medical, Marketing, Training, BAI, PSP, Sales Excellence, Demand, among others), contributing to the optimization of information flow for the business;
Promote integration with the demand team to exchange sector information and systematically improve store-facing activities for the stores served;
Monitor the full PBM-Trade Cash flow, from interacting with clients in the replenishment/monthly acceptance model to the program's effectiveness with patients, aiming for continuous improvement;
Understand the dynamics of the served POS through periodic visits to effectively contribute to the development of necessary actions;
Disseminate Compliance rules and ensure their effective application;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field.
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferable understanding of corporate routines, with some experience in commercial, demand or other areas that have direct relation with any type of client.
