Manage and organize the flow of commercial emails, ensuring proper routing and handling;
Administer and keep the CRM up to date, ensuring the quality and reliability of information;
Control and update databases and reports for budgets and proposals;
Perform follow-ups with clients and internal teams, monitoring the progress of commercial opportunities;
Carry out client and lead registration and onboarding/qualification processes;
Keep the company's registration documentation up to date with clients and partners;
Support the commercial team in organizing information, preparing materials and operational routines;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial planning processes and tools;

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or related fields;
Experience using and managing CRM systems in B2B markets;
Advanced Excel skills;
Previous experience in commercial/sales roles is desirable;
Organized profile with strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Proactive profile with initiative and a willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment;
Intermediate/advanced English for reading scopes and client registrations.
