Provide comprehensive technical support and IT coordination for various software systems.
Train internal users on technical systems.
Manage backend user accounts.
Collaborate with IT on security and system updates.
Evaluate and implement system improvements.
Deploy new technologies.
Analyze performance metrics to enhance user experience.
Oversee the survey platform.
Manage a partner management system.
Create user-friendly guides for effective navigation of these systems.

Associates degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience combined with relevant certifications.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/Mac, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common software applications.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN) and hardware.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proven experience as IT Support or other customer support role
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments and with external partners.
Customer Service-oriented and even-tempered
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Previous food distribution and non-profit work experience
