Develop and implement multichannel digital marketing strategies (email, social media, search engines, web) aligned with business objectives
Plan campaigns and optimize their performance to ensure ROI and customer engagement
Manage and improve lead and funnel processes, including qualification, nurturing, and conversion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Data Analytics) to align digital initiatives across the customer journey
Drive the company’s digital maturity by establishing best practices and leveraging tools such as marketing automation (Marketo), SFDC, and analytics dashboards
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field
Experience in multichannel marketing, marketing automation (preferably Marketo), and SFDC
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools (Power BI)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Fluent German and English; Spanish and/or French are a plus but not required
