Support the development of content strategies

Research trending topics, audience needs and keyword opportunities
Assist with planning, executing and optimizing paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social ads)
Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable recommendations
Contribute to A/B tests and conversion optimization
Monitor relevant KPIs and report findings to the team
Organize and run internal and external events (e.g., trade shows, webinars, workshops)
Coordinate with external service providers and partners
Develop event concepts and accompanying marketing materials
Requirements
Interest in the care/nursing industry
Completed degree in marketing, communications, media or a related field
At least one year of practical marketing experience
Creative with an analytical mindset
Very good written German skills
Basic knowledge of common marketing tools (e.g., CMS, Google Analytics, social media tools)
Team player with strong organizational skills and a willingness to take responsibility
Proactive and results-oriented work style
Market-oriented approach and hands-on mentality
Combination of quantitative analytical and qualitative communication skills
Familiarity with the latest marketing trends
